Sannio Falanghina at the Italian Top Chef Showcase Dinner


Richard Wolak writes his feature on the Italian Top Chef Showcase highlighting our two wines that were paired with the 1st and 3rd course.

Italian Top Chef Showcase was organized by The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy during the Italian Month and featured some of Vancouver’s top chefs: Chefs Pino Posteraro and Angus An, hosted by Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel resident Chef Nathan Brown who prepared dishes using a set of selected authentic Italian DoP products especially flown in from Italy for the event!

Albacore Tuna Crudo by Chef Angus An with Hazelnuts Tonda Gentile di Piemonte, white anchovy, marinated celery, extra virgin olive oil DOP, delicious dish, loved all the flavours.
