  • lobster-miso nage.

CUVÉE DOUCINELLO

  • black apron beef tenderloin;
  • parsnip;
  • faux bone marrow;
  • porcini mushroom;
  • garden greens;
  • warm dijon-shallot vinaigrette.

MUSCAT BLANC MOELLEUX

  • white chocolate-saffron crème brulee;
  • golden raspberry;
  • saffron glass.
