» A vivacious, lively and frothy sparkling wine with a very fine, persistent perlage readily revealing is floral aromas. Well-balanced softness and acidity come together to make the wine tangy and harmonious.
» Straw yellow with greenish highlights, a persistent mousse and fine perlage. This wine has a very lively and complex composition of aromas with hints of white fruit, acacia flower and wisteria.
» The well-balanced acidity and sugar level gives the wine good harmony and depth which highlights the aromatic complexity of the fragrance.

Glera, Bianchetta, Perera
» Harvested entirely by hand from vines with average age of 40 years. Fermented in steel tanks and at least four months on the lees.
» Second fermentation with Charmat method using must from the same plot of land.
» Graceful beads with a creamy mousse. Floral notes on the bouquet and prominent acidity on the palate.
» Zero residual sugar.
