▸ Rich cherry red with purple rim. ▸ Inviting aromas of ripe and candied fruit on a backdrop of licorice notes. ▸ Smooth, well-structured, and balanced on the palate with flavours of black cherry, plum, and sweet spicy wood in a long finish. ▸ Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12-14 months in French oak barrels, new and used. Barrels are fined with bentonite.
