▸ Graceful beads with a creamy mousse. ▸ Vibrant notes of white flowers on a foundation of citrus freshness. ▸ Classified 'Extra Brut', this is a bone-dry Prosecco with delicate and soft bubbles on top of a lingering finish reminiscent of freshly shelled almonds. ▸ Harvested entirely by hand from vines with average age of 40 years from single vineyard, ‘Particella 232: Rive di Farrò’. ▸ Fermented in steel tanks and at least four months on the lees. Second fermentation with Charmat method using must from the same plot.
