▸ This wine is made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astrological calendar. ▸ Produced from 50-year-old vines of Grenache and Mourvèdre, this full-bodied red wine is tannic and full of dark berry aromas. ▸Why “Antarès”? – Antarès is the main star of the constellation of Scorpio. One of the basic principles of biodynamics is to work in harmony with cosmic rhythms. ▸ Harvested by hand and de-stemmed. Each variety is vinified separately using natural fermentation. ▸ Grenache is aged in cement vats, and Mourvèdre is aged in old French oak demi-muids for 12 months
