This full-bodied wine is powerful, round, with silky tannins, all contributing to a long finish. ▸ Traditional hand picking. Total destemming. Temperature controlled fermentation, partial carbonic maceration, cold pre-fermentation maceration. ▸ Aged 12 months in oak barrels.
