It has slight minerality, a well-structured body, with silky and subtle tannins, and a long finish. ▸ Traditional hand picking. Total destemming. Temperature controlled fermentation, partial carbonic maceration, cold pre-fermentation maceration. ▸ Aged 8 months in concrete tanks.
