▸ Intense red with violet tint. ▸ Rich aromas of forest fruits, blackberry, raspberry, and a hint of pepper. ▸ Complex, dry-fruit characters are well integrated with smooth tannins, giving this powerful wine a full-bodied and well-balanced finish. ▸ From the oldest parcels, grapes are harvested at perfect phenolic ripeness. ▸ Fermentation done in historic granitic lagars with the traditional feet treading process under controlled temperature. ▸ Ten days of maceration with skin contact. Twelve months of aging in French oak barrels.
