Each aeration in the glass will reveal more nuance and delicacy of style. ▸ A delicious, full, luscious texture, rich in tannins yet silky and velvety. Exquisite aromas of black cherry, black pepper, and violet nourish the palate. It has a long, tender finish. ▸ The Persan vines are planted on clay and limestone soils over marl. ▸ Fermentation involves carbonic maceration on whole grape bunches. Partial destemming, cold maceration, and aging in 600 litre oak barrels for 6-8 months.
