▸ Elegant aromas of jasmine, white peach, and apricot. ▸ Crispness of the Roditis comes through on a lingering aftertaste. ▸ The 700 meter-altitude vineyard has sandy, poor soil in a microclimate influenced by four nearby lakes. ▸ After cold soaking for aroma extraction, the must is clarified, inoculated with selected yeasts, and undergoes batonnage in stainless-steel tanks for 3-5 months to add volume and complexity.
