▸ Straw yellow, evoking the colour of Valmiñor Albariño, the base of Entroido, with golden reflections. ▸ Citrus aromas coming from lemon and ginger along with notes of botanicals such as mint, eucalyptus, fennel, laurel, coriander, and florals like roses. ▸ Complex and intense on the palate, while also elegant with citric acidity. Refreshing to drink on its own or mixed into a cocktail. ▸ The most representative Galician herbs such as fennel, coriander, eucalyptus, laurel, among others, are macerated for about 2 months. The mixture is infused into the Albariño base wine.
