▸ This wine exhibits aromas of blue and red berries, mulberry, with nuances of licorice and menthol. ▸ On the palate, it is dry, acidic, with moderate tannins and completes with a long mineral and bitter chocolate finish. ▸ Vines are 50+ years old, grown on steep slopes. All hand-harvest. ▸ Alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, lasting approximately 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same tanks, where the wine remains until it is bottled.
