▸ Intense ruby red. ▸ Concentrated bouquet of Morello cherries and sweet spices. ▸ A delicious and powerful red wine offering substance, fine tannin, and complexity, culminating to a satisfying finish. ▸ Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in concrete vats, amphora, and barrels of 225 and 500 liters. Malolactic fermentation in barrels for 24 months. ▸ Produced from old vines aging over 45 years old. The altitude of 300 meters allows to bring an additional freshness to the wine. Well-structured to easily age for another 5 years.
