▸ Aromas of cherry pie, raspberries, crushed stones, light tea, and herbs. ▸ Juicy with refreshing acidity. With good balance and fine tannins, this wine will continue to evolve in the glass to give a medium-body elegant finish. ▸ The fruits come from high-altitude (350-400 m) vineyards near the village of Radda in Chianti. ▸ Destemmed clusters are fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks. ▸ Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels; lightly filtered before bottling.
