Cherry flavours become prominent after opening up. ▸ Dry and fruity on the palate with good acidity and soft tannins offering a long, elegant finish. ▸ Produced from selected Xinomavro grapes from both the estate and nearby growers in Naoussa, the wine reflects the region's diverse terroirs. ▸ It undergoes cold soaking, fermentation in stainless-steel, malolactic fermentation, and 12 months of maturation in both French and American oak of 3-5 years old, with blending done at 6 months and before bottling.

Food pairingsEnticing bouquet and soft tannins make this an ideal sipping wine. And it is excellent with food in tomato sauce, light dishes with some fat like charcuterie, ham, cold cut, and cheese.
