▸ Deep ruby red. ▸ On the nose, complex aromas of peppers, caramel, notes of chocolate and a hint of smokiness on a backbone of ripe red fruits. ▸ Layers of flavours on the palate with a full, rich, and structured mouthfell beautifully invigorated by a lingering, spicy finish. ▸ Dyo Elies is a blend of Merlot, providing body, and Syrah, adding spice and a velvety aftertaste. ▸ Each variety is harvested at different times, hand-picked, and manually selected. ▸ After fermentation, the wines are aged separately in French and American oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation initiated in new oak for Syrah.
