▸ Fine persistent perlage. ▸ Dry on the palate with yellow fruits and white blossom on the nose leading to an intense and juicy palate with a fine texture and a finish of apples. ▸ Harvested entirely by hand from vines with average age of 40 years from single vineyard, ‘Particella 68: Rive di Colbertaldo’. ▸ Fermented in steel tanks and at least four months on the lees. Second fermentation with Charmat method using must from the same plot.
