▸ Ruby with bronze hues, a colour typical for the Xinomavro sourced from Amyndeon. ▸ Intense aromas of wild strawberry and cherry mingled with fine herbal hints. ▸ On the palate the pronounced freshness balances with the ample body, offering a wine with great elegance. ▸ Xinomarvo is an indigenous Greek grape that is often compared to Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. Its complexity and finesse put this wine among the finest from Greece. ▸ Sourced from old vines, the grapes are carefully selected for their soil and maturity. ▸ The wine undergoes two weeks of alcoholic fermentation, followed by a week of post-fermentation maceration, 14 months of maturation in barrels with malolactic fermentation and lees stirring, and an additional year of bottle aging.
