▸ Ruby red with orange tints. ▸ On the nose is an intense and persistent note of faded violet and tobacco. ▸ Full and harmonious on the palate with hints of plum, walnut husk and wild berries. ▸ After fermentation, the wine is aged and refined for 24 months in medium capacity Slavonian oak barrels. It is then bottle aged for at least 24 months before release. Neither filtered nor fined, sediment will be evident; decanting is recommended.

Food pairingsExcellent pairing with meat dishes, especially roasted meats and game birds, as well as tangy cheese. Decant and serve at 18-20°C.
