▸ Pale lemon with a fresh and lively notes of grapefruit, elderberry, and hints of mineral character. ▸ Crisp on the palate with good acidity, this wine has delicate flavours but a savoury mouthfeel. Good minerality give this wine a long finish with a subtle almond undertone. ▸ Nosiola is an indigenous grape in Trentino. Most experts believe the name ‘Nosiola’ derives from 'Nocciola', the Italian word for hazelnut, due to the colour of the grapes. Others believe that the aroma of the wines reminisce of wild hazelnuts. ▸ Fermented in large barrels and aged for 9 months in acacia barrels.
