▸ Pale lemon colour. ▸ The nose is expressive and fruit-forward with notes of stone fruits and citrus. A floral character follows gently in the background, mainly of lemon blossoms. ▸ Oily mouthfeel with powerful structure, while the bright acidity contributes to the balance and the long finish of the wine. ▸ Rigorous grape sorting by hand on conveyor belt. Whole bunch gentle yet long pressing. Vinification in stainless-steel tank under controlled temperatures. At least 4-month lees aging and periodical stirring (bâtonnage) in the tank.
