▸ A wine with a deep, dark colour. ▸ The nose is very rich, complex and delicate, with aromas of black fruit and cocoa mingling with vanilla notes. ▸ The palate develops fine and velvety tannins, it is very full body. Notes of blackberry, black cherry and dark chocolate. The finish coats the mouth with exceptional sweetness. ▸ A wine of concentration and finesse worthy of a great vintage. ▸ Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels from Allier region.
