▸ The name of this organic and biodynamically farmed cuvée refers to the family name, translating to "Drop of the Lord". ▸ Notes of ripe melon, white peach, stretch along the medium palate, buffered with some waxen lees underneath. Wild meadow grass lingers on the finish, along with a kiss of salinity. ▸ From 35-year-old vines from a selection of Rhône vineyards, this blend of Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Viognier was fermented and aged in stainless-steel tank for 3 months.
