▸ The name of this organic and biodynamically farmed cuvée refers to the family name, translating to "Drop of the Lord". ▸ La Goutte du Seigneur Rouge is a fruit driven Rhône blend of Grenache and Syrah, from 30-year-old vines rooted in the estate’s clay limestone soils. ▸ It is wonderfully refreshing, with a fragrant nose exhaling aroma of wild strawberries, a thirst-quenching palate, and a superbly exuberant finish structured by silky tannins. ▸ This underwent 2 weeks of maceration in concrete tank, Grenache and Syrah were co-fermented with native yeasts in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit, and no oak aging.
